ATLANTIC – When members of the Atlantic Rotary Club hold their upcoming military appreciation meeting, it will feature one of the founders of the group Patriotic Productions.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Heritage House starting at noon, and according to Rick Burns, who helps organize the program, the speaker will be will be Bill Williams, who with his wife Evonne, founded Patriotic Productions, which is a non-profit organization that sponsors honor flights that take veterans to see the memorials in Washington, D.C. They also have a traveling exhibition that memorializes all of the fallen in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. According to the organizations web site, www.patrioticproductions.org, the idea for the traveling exhibition “came after reading a story in the Omaha World-Herald about a father whose pain and grief were even greater four years after his son, SGT Joshua Ford, had died in Iraq.
