Ironman Challenge

When: Feb. 10 - March 11

What: Swim 2.4 miles; bike 112 miles; run 26.2 miles

You can do all of these inside or outside just record your miles.

Fee: Members $20/Non-Members $30 (use of Y for the 31 days)

All participants who complete the Ironman within the 31 days will receive a long sleeve tee.

Strong Tikes

Who: Boys & Girls Kindergarten-Second Grade

When: Mondays and Tuesdays (Max of 15 participants)

Feb. 18-25

Time: 3:30-4 p.m.

Y staff will walk them down from Washington

Swim Programs

Flying Sharks swim team practice Monday and Thursday 3:30-7 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 3:30-6 p.m.

They will be using four lap lanes during practice – two lap lanes are open to use.

Family Fun Night

Who: Everyone

When: Friday, March 6

Time: 6-8 p.m.

Fee: $8 per people with a $16 cap on a family

There will be skating, laser tag, bounce house and concessions. Something for everyone in the family!

First Aid/CPR - Blended Class

The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. The online portion features award-winning simulation learning – an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the instructor-led classroom skill session. Allow approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the online portion. The online course must be completed prior to attending the classroom portion of blended learning.

When: Every third Wednesday of each month

Time: 6-8 p.m.

Cost: $65 Members/Non-Members

Where: YMCA

Must have minimum of three participants and max of 10
