Swim Programs

The Flying Sharks swim team practice is held Monday and Thursday from 3:30-7 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday from 3:30-6 p.m. They will be using four lap lanes during practice – two lap lanes are open to use.

First Aid/CPR — Blended Class

The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. The online portion features award-winning simulation learning – an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the instructor-led classroom skill session. Allow approximately two hours and 30 minutes to complete the online portion. The online course must be completed prior to attending the classroom portion of blended learning.

When: Every third Wednesday of each month

Time: 6-8 p.m.

Cost: $65 Members/Non-Members

Where: YMCA

Must have minimum of three participants and max of 10

Stop at the front desk to register for the class.
