Multiple charges

Atlantic Police arrested several individuals on multiple charges recently.

On May 25, Atlantic Police arrested Justin Jacobs, 29, of Atlantic, for burglary, second degree, theft, third degree, and interference with official acts. Jacobs was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

On May 28, Michael Parrott, 38, of Atlantic, was arrested by Atlantic Police for burglary, second degree and criminal mischief, fourth degree. He was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

On May 30, Atlantic Police arrested Aaron Ihnken, 32, of Altantic, for criminal mischief third degree; trepass, first offense, disorderly conduct, simple assault and criminal transmission of infectious disease to another. Ihnken was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County and booked in.

On June 1, Donald Kadereit, 37, of Atlantic, was arrested by Atlantic Police for operating while intoxicated and interference with official acts. Kadereit was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

On June 5, Mark Kantaou, 39, of Atlantic, was arrested by Atlantic Police for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Kantaou was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in. Later on June 6, Kantaou was arrested for public intoxication and domestic abuse assault first offense, and once again taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

Carrying a weapon

On June 4, Atlantic Police arrested Jade Nicolson, 28, of Atlantic, for carrying a weapon. Nicolson was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

Cass County warrant

On June 6, Atlantic Police arrested Chad Wilcox, 37, of Atlantic, on a Cass County warrant for operating while intoxicated. Wilcox was taken into custody, transported to the Cass County Jail and booked in.

Cass County

Probation Violation

On May 31, deputies at the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Douglas Allen Howard, 61, of Council Bluffs, on two District Court warrants for Probation Violation. Howard was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $10,000 bond.

Domestic Abuse

On June 2, deputies at the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tray D. Anderson, 24, of Exira, on a charge of Domestic Abuse (Serious). Anderson was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $1,000 bond.

Failure to Appear

On June 5, deputies at the Cass County Sheriff’s office arrested Kelly Jeanne Blue, 44, of Council Bluffs, on a District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blue was taken to the Cass County Jail and will be released upon serving time.

Montgomery County

Child endangerment

On June 6, deputies at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Andrew Schooling, 26, of Red Oak, for child endangerment in reference to an incident in the 2600 block of Fernwood Avenue, south of Red Oak. Schooling was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.

Domestic assault

On June 7, deputies at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alik Christufer Hughes, 28, of Stanton, for domestic assault with bodily injury following an incident in the 1900 Block of O Avenue, north of Stanton. Hughes was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on no bond.

Black Hawk County warrant

On June 6, deputies at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Damarcus Lacell McQueen, 34, of Omaha, Neb. on a valid Black Hawk County warrant for failure to appear following a traffic stop.

McQueen was transported to the the Montgomery County Jail and held on $325 bond.
