Audubon Sheriff’s Department
Deputies with the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael David Parrott, 39, of Atlantic, on Oct. 23, at approximately 12 a.m. for driving while suspended, possession controlled substance – meth, possession controlled substance – marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from a traffic stop that occurred on Highway 71 in Brayton. A Cass County Deputy and K9 assisted in the arrest. He was transported to and held in the Audubon County Jail until the following morning when he appeared before the Magistrate and was released.
Tony Meyers, 49, of Coon Rapids, was charged with driving while suspended on Oct. 25. The charge stems from a traffic stop that occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on Oct. 25 on Highway 71 in Audubon. He was booked into the Audubon County Jail and held until he appeared in front of the Magistrate and was released the following morning.
Roger Thomas Waters Jr., 59, of Audubon was charged with theft third on Oct. 14. The charge stems from a search warrant that was conducted at his residence on Oct. 2. He appeared before the Magistrate and was released.
Tyler Lee Carter, 28, of Adair, was arrested on Oct. 31, at approximately 6 p.m. in Shelby County, on an outstanding warrant for reckless use of a firearm. He was transported to and booked into the Audubon County Jail. He was held until the following morning when he appeared before the Magistrate and released.
Oct. 31 — Crystal Lynne Gardner, 30, of Exira, was arrested following a traffic stop. Gardner was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, prohibited acts penalties, no valid driver license, and no proof of insurance.
Kevin Lee Davis, 27, 208 N Maple, was arrested at 700 S Vine on a Cass County Warrant for the charge of Failure to Serve Jail Time on the original charge of Violation of Probation. He was transferred to the custody of Cass County.
