AUDUBON — It’s been going on since 1878, with many, many ribbons and trophies handed out for projects ranging from chocolate chip cookies to cattle, pigs, horses, goats, sheep and more: The Audubon County Fair starts next week.
The fair runs from Monday, July 15 to Sunday, July 21 with 4-H, FFA and Open Class competitions, and a little something for everyone in entertainment and food as well.
Entertainment will include the Miniature Rodeo, on Thursday, July 18 at the horse arena. Mutton Bustin’ will begin at 6:30 p.m. — check in is at 6 p.m. and the Rodeo at 7:30 p.m.
On Friday night, check out the Figure 8 races at the track.
