AUDUBON — Charges against an Audubon man arrested in September have been dismissed in court.

In September it was reported that Christopher Paul Gurley, 41, was arrested for forgery, unauthorized use of a credit card, identity theft, and theft fourth.

According to court records, the charges against Gurley were dismissed on Oct. 18 with all costs assessed to the State.
