On Aug. 24, Bobby Lee Stevens, 38, of Audubon, was arrested for domestic abuse – second Offense. Stevens was arrested and transported to the Audubon County Jail to appear before a magistrate.
On Aug. 31, Mackenzie Jacob Belnap, 28, of Columbus Junction was arrested on a failure to appear warrant. Belnap was arrested and transported to the Audubon County Jail.
On Sept. 3, Joshua Adam Petersen, 24, of Carroll was arrested for disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. Petersen was arrested and transported to the Audubon County Jail.
On Sept. 8, Barbara Anne Christo, 30, of Audubon was arrested for allowing a dog at large. Christo was issued a citation on scene and released on promise to appear.
Aug. 30 — Cameron Stuart Cunningham, 29, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service. Cunningham was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication and supplying alcohol to a minor.
Sept. 8 — Jody Kay Bails, 47, of Audubon, was arrested following a traffic stop. Bails was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with operating while intoxicated, child endangerment, permitting unauthorized person to drive, operating a non-registered vehicle, and open container.
Aug. 30 — An accident occurred on this date involving Mary Ann Beaman, of H driving a 2005 Ford Freestar, and Tam Tran, driving a 2003 Toyota Camry at 2003 Chatburn Avenue, but vehicles were moved before officers arrived on scene.
Sept. 2 — Tamra Rueschenberg, of Harlan, was driving her 2007 Chrysler Town and Country north on 19th Street, and sideswiped James North’s 2006 Ford F150 starting at the rear bumper and damaging the entire side of the vehicle. The Town and Country had damage to the passenger’s side mirror, door handle and trim.
