Off to Fort Dodge

It’s a send-off to the Iowa state cross country meet for Atlantic, taking place today at Fort Dodge’s Lakeside Golf Course. Drew Engler (third from left), Ava Rush (third from right) and Claire Pellett (far right) are running in the Class 3A meet for the Troajans. They’re flanked by Bennett Whetstone, Alex Sonntag, Addie Dearment and Faith Altman. The girls run at 2:30 p.m., with the boys’ race to follow at approximately 3:15 p.m. and awards at about 4 p.m.
